After testing this unit are wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord. PARTIAL SUPPLIES INCLUDED. We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the KYOCERA website along with the user manual and advanced user manual.
